SETUP GUIDE
Rack Focus Snap
A scroll gallery that racks focus between photos instead of cutting between them — each one holds sharp, then blurs into the next. This guide covers installing it and every property you can tune.
Getting Started
1. Insert the component from your Components panel onto any page or section.
2. Add your photos under Photos — the order you drop them in is the order they play in the scroll. There's no limit on how many.
3. Set Vh Per Photo to control how long each photo's beat lasts before it racks to the next.
4. Open Preview and adjust Hold Amount, Blur Amount, and the springs to taste — the canvas only shows a static frame, the scroll effect plays in Preview and on the published site.

Pacing
Vh Per Photo — scroll distance dedicated to each photo (50–300). Total section length scales automatically with photo count.
Hold Amount — how much of each photo's segment stays perfectly sharp versus racking to the next (0–0.9).
Blur Amount — maximum defocus applied to out-of-focus photos (0–40px).
Velocity Sensitivity — how strongly scroll speed feeds into extra blur (0–0.01).
Max Whip Blur — ceiling on that speed-driven blur kick (0–30px).
Spring Stiffness / Spring Damping — the physical feel of the focus pull. Higher stiffness and lower damping feel snappier and springier; the reverse feels slower and more settled.
Text Overlay (optional)
Show Text — turns the whole caption block on or off.
Position — 3×3 grid placement (top / middle / bottom × left / center / right).
Padding — inset from the frame edge, as a % so it scales with the component's size.
Text Gap — spacing between the title and description.
Title / Title Font — text input plus full typeface control: family, weight/style, size, line height, letter spacing.
Description / Description Font — multi-line text input with its own independent typeface control.
Overlay Opacity — strength of the black scrim behind the text, for legibility over any photo.
